Hornby R8113 TTS Sound Decoder

9F Sound Fitting

Hi, This was a very easy fit into a Hornby 9F 1-1 model, fitting inside the tender meaning you do not need to take the loco apart. Chip just plugs in & the speaker fits to the pre-drilled holes. Sound volume is adjusted to 50% which is about right, the instructions give all the CV numbers to allow volume etc to be changed. Well recommended given that some sound chips cost 3 times this cost.
