I have binging issues this helps me not gain any weight even at a surplus of calories my blood work came out great ..Dont abuse it i use 1/8 to 1/4 if you get runs skip a day or two or lower dose .It also helps with inches will forever take this product and its very affordable don't give up just cuz you dont feel its working trust me it works just gotta be patient the runs dont mean it work you domt need to have diarreah if anything thats not good eat a banana and probiotic in the morning cuz tummy can feel sour its cleansing you..
