Definitely a keeper!
2 of 2 found this helpful This dvd has 3 workouts. Each one is 20 minutes long. I am 54 years old and found each routine to be challenging, but not overwhelming. The time goes by fast, and the body actually feels good.

great toning workout
1 of 1 found this helpful I really like this workout. It is challenging, but fun. Very different routine. This is a toning workout, not a lot of cardio but very effective. There are 2 workouts plus a quick 10 minute routine if you are short on time. Includes a warm up at the beginning and a stretch at the end.
