Q304UA Motherboard Upgrade
Original motherboard died, older version. Upgraded to i5-7200. Upgrade seems to be working just fine. Time will tell, but so far looks like a home run.

Netgear CM1150V cable-voice modem
Same as the regular CM1000 but with voice capabilities. It’s overpriced but is what was required with Xfinity package we signed up for. CM1000 would work just fine but it had to have voice capabilities even though we don’t use it.

BMW Side Marker Light Good but Bad Gasket
Light housing seems fine, bulb seems fine, color is spot on and good fitment. However, the rubber gasket seal is too thin, sub-par and could not be used. I had to get replacements.
