Fantastic!
I love this series! This is my second copy of this book because I love it so much but was dumb enough to lend it to someone - you know I’ll never see it again, and I don’t want to have any if the series missing!

Worth every penny and every minute!
The condition of the book was brand new. This series is so enjoyable! History, genuinely funny people, dramatic moments - can't get enough. I would have thought that by Book Six the series would have lost momentum and appeal, but it's the opposite - it is more delightful with each book. I have an excellent background in literature but a very poor background in history, so I am hearing some of these things for the first time (Agincourt, the Frost Fairs) and I look them up. I have always known that history is real people in real events, but this series had made me want to learn all about it!
