Made my poopies good and stinky.
I cramped a little the first few days with a good "down load of used material" . I'm trying to quit a 2 year strong THC habit and this helped purge out the toxins and made me feel better and somehow lighter. i'm not a fat person, just could stand to lose a few pounds. this was a good kick starter to a more healthy life style. DRINK A LOT OF WATER! Not soda, not energy drinks, not coffee, WATER. Ive used this brand of cleanser before but this is the first time ive seen or used the fiber pills, and I think it made it easier on me. I highly recommend this at least once a year.
