  Ordered this set. Two days before christmas the seller decided to tell me there was a mix up with parcels (after i had contacted them) so wouldnt be getting this before christmas. Opened a case with ebay, seller contacted & said as way of apology close the case with ebay & i will refund £10. Did that & seller then just completely ignored me. Ebay refunded me the whole price 👍🏼 Awful seller

  Paid for item which was an intended Christmas present. Had no contact from seller after messaging them to confirm posting and ETA. Four days later had a message from Ebay to say i had received a refund. This gave me no time to re-order in time for Christmas!!!! . No explanation or even an apology. Awful service from seller!!!!

  Touch screen was failing, I could no longer input some letters for postcodes and the back button wouldn't work, A bit fiddly to remove sat nav/media unit from car but followed instructions and managed it. Posted unit off on day 1, received by voltageworks day 2, back with me by day 4. It's working perfectly now, as if new. Very easy to put back in car. Great value compared to whole new unit.
