  Paul, you bought the door seal on 11:25 on Fri 31 Jan, I processed the order at 6:39pm the same day, it was collected by RM at 08:00 on Mon 3rd Feb on a 24 hour delivery. It’s even showing on the tracking that it is on its way to you and is in fact due to arrive tomorrow 4th February. I don’t think we didn’t process your order in a timely manor considering there was a weekend between you placing the order being collected by RM. You never even messaged us.
