Lawn Mower Garden Machinery Orange Cable Joiner Plug Repair Joint Terminal Block

Good quality joiner

Not the cheapest way to effect a repair to a damaged lawn mower cable but one of the safest, and certainly beats twisted wire joints with insulating tape! Be sure to heed the embossed labels, "connect to mains" (female half) and "connect to appliance" (male half), otherwise the exposed male pins will be A REAL DANGER when the mains supply is present and the joiner is unmade. Wiring up is pretty simple. You will need a flat-bladed screwdriver and a cross-head screwdriver (for the cable clamps). After removing a securing screw, each connector block slides out of its orange casing. Be sure to pass each cable through its casing *before* wiring up. For good measure I tinned all four wires before inserting into the connection blocks. If in any doubt at all, employ a qualified electrician.

Far too small for Sennheiser Hd212pro

The delivered ear pads appear to be of perfectly merchantable quality but the wrong size for my headphones. Hence one star. It would appear that Guangzhou Xinyisheng Trading Co Ltd (or their supplier) wrongly labelled the delivered item as suitable for Sennheiser Hd212pro (amongst others). Ear pads delivered: circa 45mm diameter, circular Ear pads required:circa 70mm x 90mm, oval

schrader to presta valve hole shim/convertor/reducer for bike/cycle wheel/rim

The right gadget for the job

This is the right gadget for the job, ie reducing the diameter of a schrader valve hole so a presta valved inner tube can be used. Probably a little on the steep side at £1.95 + £0.80 p&p but I couldn't make them for less and they allowed me to fit seriously good value wheels.
