They were broken in transit. However, the seller responded promptly when I reported the breakage. He promptly refunded my purchase amount. It is helpful to take pictures of the package and items in the event of breakage so they can file a claim with Fed Ex. I would buy from this seller again. They were very easy to deal with.

Pops can't be just put in a box with no protection. He did give me a partial refund. I just hope in the future if you sell pops you wrap each one individual with bubble wrap. Good customer service and did give partial refund.

Bad Version for Me
I have owned many Zag products, all good, but this version did not apply properly, leaving a bubble-like appearance on the whole lower section. I followed all installation instructions to the “T”. Will try to get a replacement under Zagg warranty.
