On The Thin Side.
The mat is thin and the chair sinks slightly in the mat so chair does not slide well. Also, the little prongs to catch carpet are too small so the mat keeps sliding to the sides. I have to take the chair off to re- position mat. Maybe for other flooring this would work, but it didn't with mine.

Exactly What I Ordered
Scanner arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. Product was in a new box and all relative parts were included. Since I don't anything about these things, I'm waiting for my son to set the scanner-up. I did however check to see if it was working and the light /Laser started immediately.
