How to wear out a labrador

This ball is brilliant. I play football with my dog and she loves it. She pushes it around the field as I kick it away and dribble with it, Every now and then she runs off with it as it is easy for her to hold in her jaws, It is very good exercise for her and it's good for me as well. I also like the fact she can bite the ball without it deflating.

Always keep one handy

great help when glueing those fiddly bits when cardmaking. Wash it out with hot water soon after using and then stick a pin down it to keep the tiny hole clear ready for next use.
