this is a great book
This is one of my favorite all time cookbooks. The breadth and scope of the recipes as well as the food is of incredible importance. I have used these recipes for large and small parties with great results. My Indian friends tell me the food is amongst the very best they have ever eaten. Delicate in taste, picturesque in presentation, enjoyable in consumption.
