One zipper is stuck, unable to open.

Excelent product
Easy to install, more than enough range for my needs, good voice quality and very reliable not only for babys for a great tool for caregivers.

Good Reference
Before buying take into account that you must master the use of tools and technical knowledge. Some tasks are difficult and dangergerous but any way, it is a good reference.
