Mmmm ...
The advert shows 7 DVD's in the photo. But what you actually get is only 2. The sound quality is very poor, so much so you can hardly hear Shaun T speaking. I've only done the 1st workout as advised in the program and I did get a sweat on. It's very annoying when the camera pans out to the audience watching especially as can't hear Shaun T giving instruction. But I will persevere and carry on with it. It comes with a handy little booklet with some do's and dont's of what you can and should avoid whilst eating out. I'll keep that in my handbag. Postage time was unbelievably quick. I bought this DVD as I thought it would be good and fun way to exercise. But it's not a patch on the slim in 6 DVD which is brilliant. Would I recommend it.... probably not.
