I expected new batteries as advertised but did not get them.

I received my batteries and they were loosely boxed in a box too large for them. One was severely corroded . 87 out of the 100 had shelf life expiration dates of 2016. They were all marked NOT FOR RETAIL SALE. They were advertised as NEW , which apparently has more than one meaning. The ones I checked seem to be fully charged. In this case new does not mean recently manufactured or at least still within their shelf life.
