Why do people say "As with all electronics, the item is being sold as-is."? Where does it say all electronics are sold as-is? I'm just wondering.

Great antenna for limited horizontal space
2 of 2 found this helpful I have worked the world with this antenna! It sits on the top of a 10 foot mast on the roof of my house. I can even tune it to 160m with my MFJ tuner, although I tend to only get out about 1000 miles with it. It's easy to assemble and when you're limited on horizontal space, this fits the bill!
One word of caution: You should really have a 2" mast to mount this on.

Fantasic radio
A great dual band radio without some features that would make it cost more. You monitor 1 channel at a time but that's not a big deal. The display is big and bright. The radio performs solidly. I have no complaints about it. Those that stated there was a problem with the frequency coverage and antenna jack must have gotten non-US versions.
