  Seller did not pay correct postage and I received underpayment notification and surcharge. Seller didn't offer to resend item and argued the facts. The onus put on me to pay his error and then an offer to reimburse after proof of payment. The purchase was a fraction over £4.50, the surcharge was £3.50 and a thirty mile round trip. Because it took. Over two weeks to establish underpayment it could not be paid on line. He refused a refund. Ebay stepped in. A poor ebayer.

  I am sorry about your experience. Unfortunately, It took you more than 2 weeks to send us any evidence of this ? underpayment. Therefore we were not able to take things further with Royal mail despite we paid and provided you with our proof of payment. We also have not received our item back and we would have refunded you if we received our item
