As a matter of fact wafer is commonly referred to as edible rice paper even though it is not made from rice but from a combination of water, vegetable oil and potato starch. Wafer decorations make a fantastic alternative to the more expensive icing decorations. We use premium wafer to print our edible decorations along with the best edible inks available to ensure bright crisp colours with every print.
