Total Gym Wall Chart - video / DVD alternative

Total gym exercise chart

The chart looks like it would be great.....however it is packaged by folding it instead of rolling it. I tried to have it framed but the creases were so deep that the art store refused saying it wouldn't straighten out enough to be able to read the poster. I framed it my self but it looks terrible and is indeed hard to read.
