Replacement Bridge for Ovation Celebrity
This is as close to a drop on replacement for an Ovation Celebrity bridge as you will find. The only modification that I had to make was to drill a single hole for the active piezo pickup. The original Ovation bridge had split length-wise along the top loading slot on the backside of the bridge. I installed longer bridge screws than the two originals so that the screw heads with a washer are now on top the bridge. This bit of re-engineering should keep the bridge from splitting again. I opted to use CA Gel glue to apply the new bridge directly to the factory finish as was also done originally by Ovation. Note: this bridge is 1/4" shorter than the Ovation original but it has exactly the same profile (shape) as the original.

First off make sure you are buying a genuine Honda part. The genuine part that I received fits perfectly and looks great. I would have payed double for it at the dealer. Nice high sides on the tray that can easily hold a couple of gallons of spilled milk. You can still get access to your spare tire when the tray is in the trunk, though it may be easiest just to remove it. The tray needs to flexed slightly to install and remove it, which is easy to do because the tray is made of durable molded flexible plastic. My tray came rolled up in a long shipping box. I unpack the tray and unrolled it, and then left it upside down in the sun to get the curl out. Even after flattening, I had to uncurl some of the molded edging by hand as this was crimped when the tray was rolled for shipping. The tray flattened out nicely in a couple of days and was then placed into the trunk. Overall a very nice product and recommended to protect your trunk.
