  Bought this cat mug for one of my friends for a Xmas present it came by Royal Mail box open and mug smashed in to pieces . The seller was amazing I sent her photos of how it came she had done everything to keep my purchase protected I. Couldn’t have asked for more to be done . The seller offered me a replacement of my choice with money off my next purchase with her. Seller’s understanding was outstanding . Seller was unwell but she still took the time to deal with the situation. Great experience
