Ni-Cad or Ni-MH?
1 of 1 found this helpful I ordered these as replacement batteries for my 12 volt DeWalt cordless drill/driver.
I hadn't realised the difference between Ni-Cad and Ni-MH
Looking at reviews and web comments, some say they Ni-MH are OK, some say they are not and can cause explosions
I would say they are OK, but they are not as powerful as the original DeWalt Ni-Cad batteries.
Also they are not a good fit and the securing clips do not hold well enough and the batteries are always falling off when in use.

OK for the price and quite a novelty, not sure how practical it is really, though.
