We hope to re-introduce people to the joy of listening to their own music on physical media they probably already own. I reached out to the seller and customer services is amazing refunded me promptly even though I have not sent the item back. Buying used items is a risk. The item condition is great fot its age. Too bad it did not work too well. I’m still sending the item back and maybe he can fix it and get it working properly again. I will recommend this shop!
