Lengthened My Luteal Phase by 4 days!

I have been pregnant and breastfeeding for the past 7 years and am trying to get pregnant a 4th time, but my luteal phase is too short -- only 8 days. I have tried various herbs and vitamins (B6 made the biggest difference) and nothing was working. I ordered a pot of this and used just a tiny smear once a day (far less than the recommended dose of 1/4 tsp 2x a day) and the first cycle I tried it, my luteal phase was 12 days, so even though I didn't get pregnant, at least I *can* get pregnant now.

You won't get fluent from this book, but it's a great start

This book will not make you fluent in Spanish, but it's a great start. I would say maybe it could get you to maybe an A2 level. It's laid out really simply and very well organised and lays the foundations of Spanish out really well. There were originally cassettes to go with it, and I think you can find the recordings online, like on youtube or something.

Best deal on the internet

I just needed a set of pulleys and a rope and this entire set is cheaper than I could find for just the pulleys anywhere else on the web. I have my pulley fitted and the rope is the perfect length.
