Cable is Brittle and Cracks
In the past few months I've purchased 3 of these Verizon branded chargers to replace my old one that broke. The chargers work great but the plastic over the cord cracks for no reason, exposing the wires inside. Maybe these are old stock and the plastic has deteriorated even though they are still new.

Good sound
The sound is smooth and pleasant. My old Microsoft branded headset sounded very tinny and harsh.
