A great prebiotic
2 of 2 found this helpful I have been taking Bimuno prebiotic powder for over 5 years to help with an ageing digestive system ( I'm in my 50s) that reacts to bread, spices, cakes and various other foods, rather like IBS.
This prebiotic powder not only relieves the symptoms of IBS but helps improve your immunity from illness.
Try it over a month, add it to tea or your cereal in the morning, hot drinks don't affect its effectiveness.
This is a reasonable price for 3 boxes with over a year until use by date.

Athletes foot killer
7 of 7 found this helpful I had an unusual case of athletes foot in between my little toe and the next toe on my left foot.
Now I keep my feet in excellent health by changing my socks every day and I don't wear training shoes, so I was very surprised to get this itchy feeling between my toes on one foot.
On further inspection I could see that it was a fungal infection, so, I immediately washed my feet thoroughly, dried them thoroughly and used Lamisil foot cream to kill the fungal infection.
Every day in the morning and at night when I went to bed I would wash and dry my feet thoroughly, then use the Lamisil cream to kill the infection.
This went on for about 3 weeks and still the infection remained, so I decided enough was enough and the Lamisil cream was not going to kill the infection.
I researched about the usual fungal infections that occur on the feet and Daktarin Gold
2% cream came up as 10/10 for curing the problem.
Seven days later I can report that the fungal infection has gone.
It worked for me, hope it will work for you.
