As advertised and a good deal economically.
The product itself is exactly what was advertised. They were genuine HP 950 black ink cartridges that expire in May 2017. However, they were both shipped in a padded envelope and when I opened it, the packaging on both of these ink cartridges were crushed and bent. The product itself was fine, but the packaging was not. Personally, I would have shipped it in a small box to give it some protection. Especially since it is not an inexpensive or durable item. Just a suggestion. Other than that, I was satisfied with my purchase.

As advertised.
Economically, it is the exact same manufacturer part that BISSELL sells directly on their website for $5.99 each. In 6 months, I have had 2 of these crack, split, and break to the point that they are leaking. The quality on these could be much better. Especially since they are $5.99 each or higher for a simple, little plastic cap and washer. Unfortunately, there is no alternative for this part because it is specifically designed to fit the BISSELL POWERFRESH steam mops. Therefore, you have to buy this exact part to fit their water tank. Very disappointed in the quality of this part, but I absolutely love the BISSELL POWERFRESH steam mop overall.
