Dont buy refurbished
Refurbished product. Out of the box worked fine. Upgraded to Windows 12 then the trouble started. Failed upgrade had to revert back to Win 10 then upgraded to Win 11. Managed to upgrade this time.
Transferred data and all worked for a few hours. Then would randomly reboot (not software upgrade) . This became more and more until the computer would just keep going in a loop of rebooting for hours on end. Tried yet again to reinstall the software but this would not do anything. Then unable to get into the recovery mode to do anything.
Its going back tomorrow.
Will never buy a refurbished product again.
