Carter Sisters and Mother Maybelle with Chet Atkins
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a very entertaining cd; A wonderful mix of music performed by the very talented Carter Sisters. June talks a lot and helps to emcee and also sings well on this cd. June's youngest sister Anita, sings a few solos in her beautiful voice. To describe Anita's voice would be difficult at best but I'll say it is a cross between Patsy Cline and Belinda Carlisle, very smooth and sweet. June's older sister Helen also sings very well and is a great musician. Chet Atkins adds guitar and fiddle to the mix as well as some singing and joking around with June. Mother Maybelle keeps the group in line and helps with her banjo and voice. A very pleasant cd.

Chet Atkins Carter Sisters and Mother Maybelle
2 of 2 found this helpful This cd has a lot of Chet Atkins guitar and fiddle playing. June Carter is very energetic and funny as she teams up with her sisters, Helen and Anita. Helen plays accordian very well and also sings beautifuly. Hearing Anita sing is always a delight, she has a couple of solos on this cd. This cd has a lot of the sisters harmonizing to great old fashioned songs. Mother Maybelle plays her five string "Banjer" and sings some of the old tunes. Joe Slattery emcees the live shows, but he is often over-taken by June's entertaining voice. An entertaining and fun cd, makes you want to go to a barn dance!

Jane Eyre, best movie I have watched in a long time!
What a great movie! My family and I are pleased with this Jane Eyre movie. Great acting, beautiful sceanery, awesome castles, a very romantic movie but not just a chick flick. Its not all mushy at all. It kept my whole family at the edge of their seats. Very suspensful, interesting and intreging, and even educational. I won't give out any details as I don't want to ruin any part of it for you. I think any one would enjoy it!
