    I purchased 4 wine glasses; 1 was broken during shipping. I contacted the seller immediately, provided photos of the shipping box and the broken glass inside of it. Seller offered to give me 25% credit, which was satisfactory to me. That was a month ago. I contacted the seller twice with reminders, seller doesn't respond at all now. Never received the credit.
