Works great.
I just replaced the original factory actuator with this and it works great. Not sure what's up with Lexus, but 3 of four factory actuators have failed now, and the car is only 6 years old. I will be buying another one to replace the third lock.

It's working perfectly with Callcentric.
I am using it with Callcentric as my service provider and it works perfectly. I can be a challenge to configure it, and it needed a firmware update to work with Obitalk, so if you are technically challenged, then maybe this isn't for you. Callcentric has instructions on their site on how to configure the device and their support is very good and responsive.
