  USPS lost the original shipment, but I received a 2nd shipment promptly from the seller after reporting the item was never delivered. The second shipment didn't have bonus pin(s) as advertised, but the selection of pins I received from this seller was much better than the usual junk (but tradeable) Disney pins I've received from other sellers so I was very satisfied. Price was very competitive. Communication with this seller was excellent. I highly recommend this seller.

  My original package got lost in the mail. When I notified the seller, she tried to see if there was anything she could do, but unfortunately at that point there wasn’t. She offered to refund my money, which I appreciated especially since this was not her fault. The package did finally arrive almost a month later, and I reached back out to the seller to let her know. I offered to repurchase the item, and she gave me a discount on that order. I am very pleased with this seller!
