Vaurnet VL1126 CAT 4 Sky High Protection
I hate to say anything bad about the sunglasses, because the company, being out of the VL1125 glasses, upgraded me to these more expensive glasses.
The sunglasses are supposed to filter out the glare from the sun and the snow if you are skiing at high elevations. Which I have done and do. I have not skied with them this year but doubt they are true CAT 4. I have a pair of $10.00 CAT 3 sunglasses which do a better job diminishing the glare of the sun here in Austin, Texas, than my new CAT 4 Vuarnet VL1126 Listed at over $200.00.
Again, I have not used them at a high elevation ski resort like Mammoth in California, but I am trying to find a pair of CAT 4 (same brand as my CAT 3s) To back these up when I am at 12,000 on a sunny day.
P.S. The Vuarnet's are very Stylish, but I worry about the CAT rating being true.

I Like the Song Bloggie Touch
I am having fun with the Sony Bloggie Touch. I purchased it to make music videos. Picture and color quality outdoors is superb. Indoors coated bulbs give it a yellow color. If you use clear 100 watt bulbs No Problem. The internal mic does work rather well both for singing and playing the guitar. If you do not have a strong voice, do not let the guitar or synth overwhelm your vocal. Some people complain about the tripod position. You just need a tripod with an adjustable head. Again, problem solved. Be careful threading the the tripod mounting head into the Bloggie. If you cross-thread it you could have a future problem. Do not force it. Back off and keep trying. Once it easily threads, do not over tighten. The touch screen can be a bit Squeemish when deleting a video and sometimes on playback. But it eventually works. The longer I have had it the better it seems to respond to delete and playback.

Inexpensive Rangefinder-Does the Job
If you are a backyard or indoor plinker, this is all you need. If you are hunting deer in season, you might want to consider a more expensive HALO RANGEFINDER. But I would not be surprised to find this one could and would do the job just fine. I love it.
