This not compatible with a 2006 Prius
Cheap Chinese knock off. This is not wired correctly. Item states it is a direct replacement, It is not. I guess it will fill the hole in the roof but it is not wired correctly. You will have to re-solder your original coax to the new antenna or you will have to find an adapter because this does not even have the correct Motorola plug and for the Prius the pigtail is about 20 inches too short.

Made in China Junk
The ports are not 3/8 NPT thread. I haven't been able to find any thing that works in them without having to re-tap them. The filter is huge and aluminum milling is poor. I bought this a few months ago to have on hand when I started this project. I can't use it now because of the issues with it.
