The Best of Vicar of Dibley DVD
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought this DVD as I am a fan of the comedy TV show The Vicar of Dibley. When I searched for Vicar of Dibley under the DVD section of eBay, I found this one. I had not seen it before and bought it, at a reasonable price.
The DVD contains many scenes of the Vicar of Dibley series including the best of the best. It was great to watch however I felt that the moments were just getting started when they were over. I would have liked to have seen more of them.
Also, Dawn French and the director give commentary about the scenes which you watch. This is interesting as it uncovers some secrets about some scenes.
There is also a program called "The Real Vicars of Dibley" which was alright but I would not have paid money to watch it.
Overall, this DVD is good. It has some great moments packed on it and the new Dawn French commentary is good however I would not go over £4 for it. I would prefer buying a series of entire programs rather than snippets of episodes. This would probably be a nice addition to a collection of these DVDs.
