Do not buy this book, if you have a kayak plan, review on youtube and save youir money.
If you do not have one of the plans this book is not worth buying. I understood that there were diy plans inside, that is not the case. Book was a waste of money to me.

FSA crank and bottom bracket
Make sure your bike has a press fit BB. Drive shaft is 19 mm, not a problem but need to be aware that if is smaller than the normal now. Works great and easy install for the price is a great value. Have another one on a well used bike and have never had an issue of any kind.
