Good motor but needs a +ve label on one terminal
The original motor by BMW had a red spot labelling one terminal as +ve.
Your motor did not have this indication leaving doubt as to which way to install it.
It could be fitted either way.
Luckily, my old motor still functioned and thus I could match the direction of rotation.
If my old motor was not functional, which would be the case for many customers, they would not be able to do this.
With the original motor red terminal connected to +12v, the motor when viewed from gear end, rotated anti clockwise.
It now works well.
