The remote doesn't work right or its the box where it receives the signal. When we try to watch something, it either has a error, has a playback problem,or alot of buffering. The guy i bought it from, just says it depends on how strong the stream is, but all of them that try to work are buffering alot. I had At&t come out. They said my computer speed was 18.7 & my wifi signal was around 90%. Something is wrong with it. I WISH I HAD NEVER BOUGHT IT. But thanks for asking.
