Clean, crazy, fun... British Comedy, at it's best!

Q - Have you ever felt "put upon?" A - You will enjoy the neighbors in this series. Q - Do you have some family who are tilted, just slightly, off-kilter? A - You will enjoy the trials of the lead character. Q - Are you acquainted with a "very," hen-pecked husband? (Hmmmmnn.... NO! Let's make that "a man hen-pecked by a royal goose!" LOL) A - You will LOVE the first, supporting actor in this gem of a show! Last, but certainly not least: If there is that certain someone in your life, who feels just a bit more important than they ever will be... YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY FALL IN LOVE WITH HYACINTH!!!!!!!!! I think most people have a "Hyacinth" in their life. That is what makes this series so funny. One of the best, clean comedies of all-time! If you love good, British humor, humor yourself; and buy this set of DVDS as quickly as possible!

Great historical product from the field of Southern Gospel Music.

This is the final recording of a long, illustrious career in Southern Gospel music. The Happy Goodman Family are known the world over. The personnel for this recording was Howard & Vestal Goodman, along with their long-time pianist, Johnny Minick. They sang together for several years as a trio. Dottie Rambo is also featured on "The Holy Hills Of Heaven Call Me," a song which she wrote. One very nice touch to this DVD is the instruments hanging above the stage area & the large copies of record album covers, they had over the years. Howard & Vestal also tells a few tales from their years of traveling. ~~~ At this writing ( August, 2012,) the only surviving members to sing with the Happy Goodmans are Rusty's daughter, Tanya Goodman Sykes, Johnny Minick & Michael English. ~~~ Tanya is currently a featured soloist with Cornerstone Church, in San Antonio, Texas; where Rev. John Hagee pastors. Johnny pastors River Of Life Assembly Of God Church, in Smyrna, Tennessee. Michael is currently touring with Bill Gaither, as a member of the Gaither Vocal Band. ~~~ For more info on the Happy Goodmans, all you need to do is look them up on any search engine, or online encyclopedia.

Tight Harmonies, Great Arrangements & Message Driven Music.

Excellent songs, harmonies & arrangements. If you like songs with a message… this is a great listen. Kim, the alto on this recording is from the Ruppe Family. Currently, she sings with her two siblings as “Sisters.” Top notch music!
