  Chest was damaged in shipment due to typical poor and expensive UPS packing. Shipping had two large serving pieces not Grande Baroque and not Sterling Silver. Seller refused to acknowledge these pieces even though they were pictured in their listing. They opened a case of fraud against me, but eBay reviewed the case and pictures and sided in my favor. With a month of hassle and accusations and lies, I can't provide positive feedback. The seller should be thankful for a NEUTRAL.

  Hi - The seller is a liar who deals in Wallace Grand Baroque and swapped out what I sent with other scratched up and not sterling silver pieces. It is true that Ebay settled in their favor, but they did not see what I mailed out. It is basically their word against mine. I will never sell Sterling on Ebay again - especially to this buyer. They waited until the time had passed that I was allowed to write a negative review. I would not trust this seller again. Shop at your own risk.
