Simple French spiced with a tad of the Middle East.

I love the recipes. It is an interesting view of French cooking with notes of some recipes with Middle eastern undertones. The recipes are clear and simple-ish. Easy for this lazy but adventurous cook. I like her take on the subject. her spicing is good.
