  Bought a pair of jeans which were posted as a large letter , the parcel was 50mm thick so no way was going to fit, so i had to pay for the additional postage while having the seller not believe me , in about 10 messages he never once said please , thank you or Sorry of the issue. postage has been refunded but an unpleasant experience

  Wow, I went out of my way to check this for you and chased up, I simply asked for receipt of your payment to Royal Mail for me to then claim back (not because I didn't believe you), as I tried to explain to you I had already paid for the postage which was checked and scanned by the Post Office before it was sent. We can certainly agree on it being an unpleasant experience, over 1200 transactions and I've never received a negative or neutral review. Poor attitude
