One package of hot chicken soup heated in 10 oz cup last for two hours before next meal.............

I love Optifast products,been using them for over 30 years as a protein hot drink meal replacement.Very good quality hot chicken soup and shakes are excellent also.Caloties are calibrated to make sure sodium is low,carbs are low,protein is just right.
