Four wheel preston shuttle

I have only had my shuttle one week and I'm fishing a festival this week and the bag on the from of my barrow has torn at the bottom not happy at to be honest ,I can understand wear and tear if I had the barrow for a good length of time but not one week ,I also know other anglers it's happened to ,what can you do for me to.get this sorted ?will I get a new one ?
