Leaked had to be returned
No formal return process, told to just send it back with me paying for postage. Haven't got a replacement yet

Look Ma, no wires!
Great add-on to the Bose headphones. Why by the new ones when you can add the features to your existing phones.

Good value for the money, just need a little patience and glue to get them to fit.
3 of 3 found this helpful Good replacement for worn out originals. BUT the ear pieces need to be glued into the headphone assembly. They may be designed to snap in or be held by some double sticky tape, but it just doesn't work. A few small drops of super glue did the trick.
The piece to replace the headband is very tight and required a pair of pliers and a bit of persistence to get it to fit, when it was done it works fine.
