Great Greatest Hits CD!
This is a wonderful Greatest Hits CD. It has all the songs you remember and love from back in the day and some you may have missed along the way (but were still hits in other parts of the world or on the dance floors or for diehard PSB fans). West End Girls, It's a Sin, Domino Dancing, Being Boring, New York City Boy, and the new song Together are all here, and LOTS more (19 songs in all). Neil's lyrics are clever, insightful and peppered with historical references. Chris' music is danceable and, at times, melancholy. All the songs hold up really well. It's also cool to hear Dusty Springfield dueting with the PSB (What Have I Done to Deserve This)! And hearing them tackle music made popular by Elvis/Willie Nelson (Always on My Mind), U2 (Where the Streets Have No Name/I can't Take My Eyes Off You) and The Village People (Go West). PSB freshened up each of these songs their own way.
Of course, the boys have released more CDs since ULTIMATE came out, so this is not a career wrap up. The current greatest hits compilation SMASH contains more (recent) music.

Long Live Legion!
This is a rare book these days! If you are a fan of the "5 Years Later" Legion, this is a must. It has a lot of tidbits that were never revealed in the ongoing comic, but are nonetheless part of the Legion lore. Since it was written by the Beirbaums, it's all part of their vision of LSH. Well worth the money!

2 great CDs and 1 great DVD
So great hearing these tracks live. It made me feel like I was at the actual concert. So amazing. Bernard Sumner says he's having a great time and you can tell. Too bad Peter Hook is gone from the line-up, but it's great to have Gillian back. Highlight include the Joy Division songs. Great to hear them.
