  I received the item on time and that was the only good thing about it. I followed all the directions before starting the Waterpik and it did not work. I called Waterpik and they couldn't me since I am the third party. I went on their website and tried restarting it again 4 times and it did not work. I contacted the Seller since he does not accept returns, and he requested that I contact Waterpik. I called eBay and they helped me out to return the item to Waterpik.
