G3 Ferrari Electric Pizza Oven In Red With Refractory Cooking Stone Base 1200w

Real pizza at home...
Seems weird that I was not aware of this wonder for so many years, I am being honest, it takes practice and a lot of youtube searching for the right way to make dough and use this oven; I am sharing my experience hoping many will not make the right mistake; first, my oven already came with teh temp mod, that is it would switch on before reaching the number 1, then make sure the pizza is not too big as it will not cook properly on the border, then turn to 2, use a temp gun to make sure the stone reaches 320c, then place the pizza without oil, do not add watery stuff as anything burning on the stone can make it turn black. Once you place the pizza on the stone, turn the temp knob to the max, as sadly, once it reaches the temp setting, the heat element will switch off and not cook the top side, so by doing this, it will remain on and spread the heat evenly. Make sure you turn the pizza clockwise (or anti...does not matter) so you will cook it evenly, try to buy a metal pizza peel and please use semolina when working the pizza as this will prevent it to stick on the wooden pizza peel, as if you mess with it, any hole will make the stone very messy, my culprit was oil I have added, got stains but with time they go away...it takes practice, good flour, a stand mixer, but believe me, the end results are simply amazing, as a good italian pizza needs very high temps, some have added a new heat element to reach 500c, taking the cooked pizza only 1 min....amazing!

nothing really......
Just purchased a brand new Hitachi HDD 7K500; needed more space and speed on my macbook pro 13 2011; I read many reviews on many sites and forums and there seem that Hitachi gives different serial numbers to what is actually the same hard drive; well that might confuse many looking for benchmark, so you know that now; installing is very easy, just look on Ifixit;
Procedeed with benchmarks; well read and write reached up to 104mb/s which is great compared to the 40mb/s of the previous drive. Average speed is around 85mb/s, I am very happy with that; as fast as my desktop maxxtor 500gb 7200rpm;
Now! is it quite? Oh yes guys, cannot hear a thing....don't know why some people are fussing about it, mine DOES NOT MAKE ANY NOISE AT ALL, and I have tried it with Parallels, safari running and a game as well; tried novabench and disk benchmark to push it a bit, not a single click, noise, hum or hiss;
Overall, very very happy as I have paid £.35 for a drive which cost around £.50.
Would reccomend it? Oh yes, and I have been buying hdds and playing with Pcs for around 20 years, so I know a few things about hardware...
