- g***l (528)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseItem when arrived was missing the compression straps, an important feature of the rucksack( (these were cut off) as they hold the helmet once off the bike, seller was unaware of this but he refused a partial refund request, also claimed that as I paid a fraction of the original price i should accept the item as it arrived, also offered me the option to send back the rucksack which I've declined due never offered send a shipping label or shipping cost to send the item back and get a full refund.

Great sound, charge could last longer
In my opinion and I’m very aware that a lot of mixed reviews have been written. They are comfortable, extremely easy to use, though connection was complicated by wordy instructions but if you act intuitively they practically do it for them selves. The sound quality is excellent better than anything I have previously experienced, great charging case and really high quality. I would easily give these 9 out of ten, if they held a longer charge I would give them all 10s but it’s a bit of a faff only getting an hour before you need to return them to the charging case. Overall I’m very happy and haven’t tried better
